Our classes are for people wishing to feel connected and challenged working intelligently with strength and alignment moving into letting go and enjoying the flow.

With a focus based on supporting students to learn in a loving and nourishing way, our teachers use different forms of yoga through movement, stillness, voice, theory, and philosophy. ​

Every Friday Morning Robbie brings the Bhava! Friday's class is a gentle rejuvenation of the body, mind and spirit.
