Introducing Sleep Yin
Sleep Yin is a new development in the area of sleep.
In development with Jeremy Morris a well known physiologist and sleep specialist from New Plymouth I am offering a six week sleep course.
This course brings together the science of sleep and the techniques from yoga including, breathe work, mindfulness, and deep relaxation to release tensions in the body and de stress the mind. We will give you the tools to make a real difference to understanding and creating your own, ongoing, path to a better nights sleep.
If you have trouble sleeping, getting to sleep, not enough sleep, always feeling tired and drained then you are not alone. there are many different reasons why we do not sleep well. And this is where I want to help you find a way to a better nights sleep. With Sleep Yin
