Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee. If we are unable to fill your allocated appointment you will be charged 50% of the total, and if you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment you will incur the full cost of the appointment.
