Service Description

This course works with the Charkras to help you open up blockages and release energy that is stored in your body both physical and energetic. These sessions are 90 minutes long and incorporate sound, massage, meditation techniques, mindfulness techniques, and yoga therapy.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee. If we are unable to fill your allocated appointment you will be charged 50% of the total, and if you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment you will incur the full cost of the appointment.
